This has been very physically demanding and tiring but I think it's really paid off for me overall as I am in much better shape and I have much more confidence than I did to begin with. I am glad I did this! I ended with an overall 2.1 cm muscle growth around my thighs, significant toning, and an overall huge increase in my performance!
