After the crazy past couple of weeks I have had in ISM, I am pretty grateful for this week being slightly less hectic for me. I had to write two assessments this week, which was a little stressful, but because I have already conducted my three interviews I was able to write another interview assessment and make my second paper a research assessment as opposed to doing two research assessments, which was very nice. The first nine weeks of the school year have come to an end, which feels very fast but also incredibly slow at the same time, somehow. My first nine weeks in ISM have been an unforgettable experience - it was a lot, but I managed to find a system that allowed me to stay on top of everything and get it all done. I already feel a thousand times more prepared for my future career after just nine weeks in this class and I am so excited for what the next half of the semester and the rest of the year will bring about. This week was my first full week of the second quarter and I definitely don’t expect the other eight weeks to be as laid back as this one, but I am prepared for the challenges ahead.
